The Fist	Signifies the power and deadliness of karate.
Open hands	Indicates that there are no weapons in the hands. Although open, they are still a deadly force. Open hands cradle the fist because of its preciousness and respect to ones self. Because of these elements, the hands should never be misused. Karate is a precious power.
